Springview removed our old retaining wall that was collapsing along with excavating to set a new foundation. After leveling the foundation, Springview set Unilock Siena Edge blocks with Geo Grid reinforcements. After backfilling with the appropriate stone, the surface was finished off with topsoil and seeded. We had worked with Dave and the Springview team when we built our previous home in 1998. Needless to say we were happy with the results then so after checking around this time we decided to again go with Springview.

A huge thank you to the team at Springview Landscape Service! They completed a brand new paver patio for us as part of a total backyard renovation that wrapped up late this past fall. While we haven't had the chance to fully enjoy it for a season yet, we are absolutely ecstatic with the result. Our journey began with Dave, and we were consistently impressed by the quality of care from the top down. Throughout the entire project, every team member—including Justin, Shawn, Ramon and Giovanni —was a pleasure to work with. As is the case with any major home transformation, these projects are a journey, but Dave’s team made the process seamless. The timeline remained right on point, and there were no surprises when it came to the final quote. Anytime we had a concern or an issue arose, they followed up with immediate communication and remedied everything without question. Their attention to detail from Point A all the way through the final follow-up was remarkable. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with any other team. Dave and his crew were easy to work with. They came up with great ideas for our yard to fix an area with water and a slope. They completed the work and we are very pleased with the result. Everything was done when they stated it would be and cleaned up after.

Springview Landscaping team was amazing from start to fnish! We had 4 companies come in and do estimates, and they by far had the best ideas for our backyard to make our dreams a reality. Springview came and seeded my lawn. Came in full and even. They came and did a fertilizer treatment and weed and feed and lawn looks very healthy. Concrete curbing looks good too.
